The meeting, promoted by the Basque Government, Tolosa City Council, the Basque Culinary Center and ELIKER, will return to its origins, with the celebration of the txuleta festival in the Tinglado, but without losing the festive essence of recent years and that so much success has enjoyed. The Txuleta Festa, precisely, will be the culmination of four intense days.

El Tinglado will once again become a great steakhouse on Sunday, where you can taste the traditional menu of Tolosa steakhouses: the chop as the main course and accompanied by high-quality local products. This same day another of the main novelties of this edition will also be held: the Euskadi hamburger contest.

You should not miss another of the successes of recent years, the “must do” HARAGI FEST. Throughout the weekend there will be live barbecues from international grills, food trucks, a chop tasting, concerts, grilling courses... The entire program around this popular festival will soon be revealed. What has already been announced are the names of the guests of this edition, where Florencia Abella (Argentina, head chef of the restaurant 'Eksdet' in Stockholm, with a Michelin star), Felicitas Pizarro (Argentine cook and sommelier), Blanca Entrecanales (from the Toledo farm 'Dehesa El Milagro') or Beatriz Pablos (organic farmer in 'Pablos' at Trujillo). Cooks who will also participate in the congress that HARAGI will inaugurate on May 18, Thursday.

An appointment for professionals from the gastronomic world that will have meat, origin, technique, sustainability and animal welfare as its central goal. There will also be hosts and grillers from Tolosa, nor representatives of Basque gastronomy such as Edorta Lamo, Jon Ayala, Juan Antonio Zaldua or Txema Llamosas. Both the online sale of tickets for the TXULETA FESTA meal and the registrations to attend the congress and the workshops on the 'SUA espazioa' grill will open on Thursday, April 27 at 12:00 on the website  www.haragi.eus.
