In the Markoleta Txakoli vineyards, located on the southern slopes of Mount Eretza (municipality of Güeñes), the grapes have been growing protected from the north wind since 1983. After ripening, the grapes are taken to the winery, located in the vineyard itself. Once here, the must obtained is taken to a warehouse where it is turned into txakoli. We invite you to get to know this process first-hand. You will taste the txakoli produced here, along with txistorra, chorizo or a chocolate talo (txakinarto) made with corn flour, ideal for coeliacs. During the visit, a video will be shown about the harvesting process. Markoleta belongs to the Bizkaiko Txakolina Designation of Origin.
