The winery was designed by the architect Phillippe Maziere. Visitors are led through the impressive space where we explain how gravity is used in the wine-making process. They can also choose to eat at the winery itself, take part in an activity featuring a picnic at our Viewpoint in the vineyard or visit our Winebar.
