Zintziri Errota is a restaurant located in a unique building built in 1650, belonging to the Duchy of Medinacelli. It was a forge and was later transformed into a mill for the production of corn flour. In 2003 Dogartzi Izaguirre transformed it into the restaurant it is today, offering a cuisine where tradition meets innovation, in a dining area that has become a real ethnographic museum.
