A selection of traditional dishes and seasonal products that form the basis of an innovative, creative and personal offer. BORDA's proposal consists of providing flexibility in the choice of products to be included in the gastronomic offer and the opportunity for the customer to choose how to sample them. This will be provided in the form of a pared-down menu in which the offer will be based on dishes where diners can choose the size of the dishes, whether they are whole or half portions, servings in the middle of the table to snack on and share or leave the menu “aside” and allow us to prepare a menu based on the availability of the ingredients chosen by our team. On weekdays we also offer a special 4-course menu, including drinks, at a very attractive price.
