Joxe Mari Mitxelena combines the purest tradition and his own sophisticated style in a menu that also includes grilled meats and fish and seafood raised in their own nurseries, as well as giving much prominence to seasonal produce. All this in a local setting that is in the center of town very nice and cozy that is close to the mole, parking and cab rank.
