The Hika cellar space is an integrating space in which oenology and gastronomy coexist. The space is directed and coordinated by Roberto Ruiz and his team, under the HIKA BY ROBERTO RUIZ concept, a group with solid management experience after its long trajectory directing the « Frontón de Tolosa » restaurant for 25 years. Hika by Roberto Ruiz is a classic restaurant concept in the space of a modern txakoli winery, surrounded by vineyards in a rural spot. Basque culture for good cuisine, based on local products, in landscape cuisine with simple, short and frank preparations, well executed, giving added value to our products. The chef Roberto Ruiz is a well recognized chef in the Basque cuisine culture, after his long career at the « Frontón de Tolosa » restaurant, together with his entire team, he joins Hika Bodega to lead the « gastronomiko » project, a space, a kitchen and a friendly and close service that will make us feel comfortable and close, within a nice space with stunning views of Mount Hernio.
