Cider cellars

The cider cellars have kept alive their culture and tradition to the point of turning it into a unique and highly attractive experience, as is the Txotx rite!. You can learn, step by step, how to make natural cider and end the visit with a sampling directly from the barrel or kupela, accompanied by the traditional cider house menu, consisting of cod omelette, fried cod with peppers, T-bone steak and cheese with quince jelly and walnuts, to finish.

An interesting fact to bear in mind: in many cider houses this menu is eaten standing up and at shared tables, just like in the old days.
